Lynne Dunbrack is Group Vice President IDC Health Insights and IDC Government Insights, which makes up the Public Sector. She manages a group of analysts who provide research-based advisory and consulting services for accountable care organizations, payers, providers, and suppliers that serve those markets. Lynne also leads the IDC Health Insights' Connected Health IT Strategies program. Specific areas of Lynne's in-depth coverage include mobile, constituency engagement, interoperability, digital transformation, privacy, and security. Technology coverage areas include clinical mobility (physician facing) and mobile health (consumer facing), end-to-end remote patient health monitoring for health, wellness and chronic conditions, Internet of Things (IoT), telemedicine and virtual care, and digital therapeutics.

As the Senior Director of Healthcare Product Marketing at RingCentral, Lance Mehaffey is responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s healthcare go-to-market strategy. He focuses heavily on how cloud-based communication and collaboration tools can enable providers, payers, and life science organizations to reimagine how they engage with patients, while also connecting teams and improving workflow agility.

Prior to joining RingCentral, Lance led the healthcare vertical practices for three other communications vendors. He has also spearheaded operations as an administrator of healthcare facilities in Montana and his home state of Iowa. Rounding out his experience, he held a product line leadership position with a national home healthcare services organization, where he was responsible for the development and launch of skilled infusion and restorative therapy product service lines. He holds a master of Healthcare Administration degree from Des Moines University Medical School.
