We would like you to stay for the full event - arriving Monday, December 4 and departing Wednesday, December 6. If your plans change, please notify us immediately.

We have reserved hotel rooms at the Meritage Resort Napa. Two nights’ accommodation is covered by RingCentral. 

There is no fee to attend the meeting. However, all attendees are expected to cover their own airfare costs. 

All meals are included during the ECAB meeting agenda. Any incidentals, food, or beverages charged to your hotel room are not covered.

We understand that plans do change. In the event you are unable to attend the event, please follow the instructions provided in your registration confirmation and let us know. 

The dress code is business casual.

To optimize our scheduled program, events are planned specifically for our attendees. If you would like to bring a guest, this is at your own expense.  We would however extend an invitation to your guest to the evening events only, not the ECAB sessions.

Everything we will be discussing at the ECAB event will be under NDA so we will not be sharing the slides or any recordings.
