We have reserved your hotel room at Solage Resort Calistoga. Two nights accommodation (Monday-Wednesday) is covered by RingCentral. Unfortunately the hotel is sold out and cannot accommodate pre or post-event extended stays.

We will be covering a variety of topics but to ensure we cover the topics that are of interest to you, please fill out our pre-event survey.

There is no fee to attend the meeting. However, all attendees are expected to cover their own airfare costs.

To optimize our scheduled program, events are planned specifically for our attendees. If you would like to bring a guest, this is at your own cost.  We would however extend an invitation to your guest to the evening events.

All meals are included during the CAB meeting agenda. Any incidentals, food, or beverages charged to your hotel room are not covered.

The dress code is business casual.

Delegate badges will be issued onsite at the registration desk when you check in to the event.

Everything we will be discussing at the CAB event will be under NDA so we will not be sharing the slides or any recordings. 

Audio and video recording of any part of the CAB event is prohibited.

We would like you to stay for the full event - arriving Monday October 24 and departing Wednesday Oct 26. If your plans change, please notify us immediately.

Yes, as a key member of our advisory board, you will be invited to a minimum of 2 meetings annually (either virtual or in person). In addition, we may invite you (or members of your team) to participate in voluntary, ad-hoc ideation sessions, beta tests, advocacy opportunities, and surveys throughout the year.
