Customers are responsible for booking their own flights and should book their flights as soon as they register. 

• Suggested airports of arrival are: Santa Rosa (STR), Oakland (OAK) or San Francisco (SFO)
• Please schedule flights to arrive on Monday Oct 24 for check in to the hotel by 3 pm (please allow a min of 2 hrs transfer time from Oakland or SFO airport) and depart on Wednesday morning Oct 26 (unless staying for 1:1’s in the am).
